We want you to be fully satisfied with your Napapijri purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day free return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel before sealing it securely.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
